They founded BForms in 2009, an engineering and management company that offers real estate assets services. In 2018 their prospects have widened with the strategical partnership with the finance world and with the WiBeats Group establishment. International research, travel, passion and experimentation, together with firmness, have pushed them forward even in bad times. Colours, shapes, numbers, processes, data and technologies all together have been shaped into a vision that is completely focused on capturing everything knowable and on experimenting abroad in order to canalize all this information into the world of real estate. Managing buildings, securitizing them, selling, buying, developing and transforming them: a lot of different trades but just one common thread, the trait d’union that characterizes this approach is the mix of values and principles. The proposed solutions, recognized as “best practice” have been rewarded with many acknowledgements, international awards and special mentions; among them the “International Olympic Committee”.
The companies The WiBeats company was established in 2018 with the mission to create the first Italian industrial group specialized in Asset Management and Credit Services. Today it has become a boutique specialized in tailor made investments for institutional and international investors. The companies belonging to the WiBeats Group are three. The first one is BForms, an asset & engineering management company, founded in 2009, that has quickly found its own place in the real estate market as an innovative company with unique expertise recognized at an international level from the international operators specialized in investment operations and real estate management and development. Meanwhile, WiBeats, is a loan management company, specialized in non-performing loan services. It works for institutional investors, international investment funds and banks, it provides due diligence and securitizing services in the non-performing portfolio purchasing process. The newest is WiMove, a company specialized in real estate trading, whose mission is to create a unique platform for clients that are willing to sell and to relocate their properties on the market. WiMove has his own asset trading technological model at the customer's service.

The protagonists The WiBeats Vice president and the BForms President, Antonella Raimondo, is an architect and author of many publications on real estate. Moreover, she is a promoter of research and specialized studies in the development of innovative management models and engineering solutions made to support real estate processes and the Master’s in Real Estate Management promoted by the University of Studies and the Polytechnic of Turin. Francesca Torino, WiBeats and BForms CEO, is specialized in corporate asset management. She promotes the internationalization process on foreign markets with industrial partners from the information technology field and with foreign investors. She has a strong experience in structuring financial transactions and in the development of complex and strategic projects with investment funds.
Progesia Focus Antonella Raimondo and Francesca Torino, together with Alessandro Clementi, founded WiBeats Group in 2018, the first Italian group to offer credit asset management services, specialized in the performing and in the non-performing real estate portfolios. The companies belonging to the WiBeats group won many awards, including “Entrepreneur of the Year” and “Transformation of the Year” awarded by the Credit Strategic of London in 2019.
